Calpol
650 MG Tablets are classified as a mild analgesic, used to treat fever and is
the most commonly used pain reliever. It is used to relieve pain in case of
back pain, headache, arthritis and toothache. It reduces the pain in the body
due to fever. It is often given to patients who are suffering from cancer or
have undergone surgery to help them cope with the pain. Normally administered
orally or properly, it is also available for intravenous initiation.
It
has no serious side effects. This medicine is safe to use during pregnancy and
breastfeeding. However, in rare cases, skin rashes may occur with nausea,
abdominal pain, and loss of appetite. You should stop using it if you
experience an allergic reaction to it or feel any other serious symptoms like
dark colored urine, clay colored feces or jaundice. Overdosing can cause liver
failure.
